Polycarbonate

Whew, the pilothouse windows are finally in. What a project. They are custom stainless frames cut, welded, and molded from 3/8" stainless barstock then adhered to the pilothouse with 3m VHB tape. Then 1/2" scratch resistant polycarbonate sheeting is fitted and VHB taped into the frames. All the edges are then sealed with Boatlife.

I'm happy with it. I think it turned out pretty darn nice for having never done such a thing before.
